Stress and worry about the pandemic, violence and unrest in our Country, financial concerns, missed contact with friends and family. All of these things and more are weighing in on us during this challenging year. What to do? One thing we can do is come to the mat together via Zoom. We are blessed to have the technology to practice together in our favorite way: Restorative Yoga!

You will need 2-3 firm blankets, a bolster or firm pillow and blocks and a strap if you have them. In addition to the restful, supported postures, we will focus on deep breathing techniques, meditation and visualization for stress relief. Take this time to disconnect from the frustrations and worry of current events and allow yourself to sink into stillness.
